Be sensible (Eng/Kor)

Anyone with 'any' intelligence would realise that those foreigners on the englishspectrum site
did not have any (intelligence). I don't think many intelligent Koreans are getting furious
about foreigners and blaming all foreigners for the disgraceful behaviour and words of those
individuals. Only naive and immature Koreans.

Some Koreans have done terrible things. This does not make all Koreans terrible. Many foreign
teachers love and respect Korea and its people. With the many English teachers that Korea does
need, it is inevitable that some 'bad apples' will come in. This does not mean all are rotten.
There are bad Koreans. We know this. Also we know that most Koreans are good people despite
this.

If Koreans are hateful toward all foreigners, there will be great economic difficulty in the
future because Korea is so far behind the rest of the developed world in its English skills -
the international language of business. If Koreans demand teaching certificates from all
English instructors then the schools will have to pay much more to attract qualified teachers.
This will mean many less English instructors, and only the wealthy will be able to afford to
provide such education to their children as schools will have to charge more. The poor will
become poorer.

Many, many English teachers in Korea are disgusted at the people on englishspectrum, and at
englishspectrum itself. It was never the most popular website for english teachers. Only fools
would think that their thinking was the usual thinking of westerners. Are you that fool? It
seems most of the people on the internet complaining about this aren't thinking very much. I
think you would be more sensible.
